Mr. Sepulveda owns, retains and legally protects the copyright and distribution to any and all, photographs or modeling he has done, in addition these photos are of a person that was under age at the time.

These are legal rights protected by the common law, common sense, and contract. They are proprietary and protectable. Business entities which infringe on said copyrights, inadvertently or intentionally, accidentally or purposely, invite costly litigation, legal consequences, and unwanted costs and controversies.

Please do not become one of those unnecessarily engaged in protracted and contested legal battles over the publication and dissemination of visual displays you were never authorized to publish, post or distribute. This is an invitation to take down the posts and videos at once.

Consider this legal notice that the videos of Mr. Sepulveda are violation of his rights, and you are politely asked to instantly and summarily remove and delete them from your website, and further be aware that you do not have authority or legal rights to so post them, distribute them, or disseminate them.
